WHY IT MATTERS

Most of what gets published after an event comes from the photography.

Hire an event photographer in London and most of what gets published afterwards comes from their pictures: the LinkedIn posts, the recap, the invite for next year's event. Around four in five companies turn their event into more content afterwards, and all of it needs pictures worth publishing.

There is a lazy version of this job that hands you four hundred frames of the backs of people’s heads. That is not what you are paying for, and it is not what I hand over.

HOW THE DAY RUNS

Three steps.

Brief

Send me the running order, the must-have shots, and who has to be in the pictures. A short call or an email is enough.

On the day

I use flash when the room needs it and turn it off during talks. I stay close to whatever is happening.

Afterwards

Everything is edited, then delivered by Google Drive link, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Download everything, share it, nothing to chase.

PRICING

From £350 for up to four hours.

Extra time is £50 an hour. You get between 100 and 150 edited photographs, high resolution, ready to publish.

How many photographs do we get?

Between 100 and 150, edited and curated down from the day. If you would rather have more and pick through them yourself, say so and I will send more.

Can you cover a multi-day event?

Yes. What I will not promise is day one’s photographs by breakfast on day two. That means not sleeping, and the edit is worse for it.

Can you do headshots or film on the same day?

Not while I am photographing the event, because I would miss things that matter. Corporate headshots work before or after the event, and with the budget for it I bring a second person, so filming or headshots can run alongside the photography.

Do you work outside London?

Yes. Most of my work as an event photographer is in London, but I go where the job is if the fee covers getting there.
