People meet your team online before they meet you.
Before a pitch, an interview or a first call, someone looks you up. What they find is a row of faces — and if those faces do not match, that is the impression you have made before anyone has said a word. And it happens fast — people judge whether a face looks trustworthy in about a tenth of a second.
It is rarely anyone’s fault. One photo is from two jobs ago. One is a cropped wedding picture. One was taken on a phone by the window because it was quicker. Individually, fine. Lined up on a team page, it reads as a company that does not sweat the details.

I bring the studio to you
Proper lighting and backdrop, set up in a meeting room or any spare corner of your London office. Half a day or a full day depending on numbers.

You see every shot as it is taken
Your photo goes straight onto my screen. If you have not got one you are happy with, we shoot again the same day.
03
You choose, then I retouch
A proofing gallery afterwards so you can pick in your own time. Retouched files within 7 working days.
FOR THE CAMERA-SHY
Nobody needs to know what to do.
Most people walk in saying they hate having their photo taken. I direct every frame — where to stand, what to do with your hands — and you see each shot as it is taken. People relax fast when they can see it working.
THE ON-THE-SPOT GUARANTEE
If you cannot find one you like, I shoot it again. Same day, no charge.
Not a voucher, not a reshoot next month. On team sessions this covers anyone who raises it within their slot — sorted there and then, not after everyone has gone home. No other headshot photographer I know of puts that in writing.
Two honest exceptions. The unposed candid library on Tier 3 — you cannot reshoot a moment that has already happened. And very large fast-pace days, sixty people and up — at that speed the guarantee is not realistic, and I would rather say so here than in the small print.

Volume days from £2,000 a day — faster pace, same lighting. A team of 150 over two or three days is exactly what this is for.

When someone new joins
A single new starter within 12 months of a Tier 2 or 3 shoot: £275 plus travel, matched to your original style notes.
Three or more waiting? Book a Tier 1 day instead — cheaper for you, one trip for me.
More than one office
Same setup, same lighting, same style across multiple locations on different days — so everyone matches even if they were never in the same room.
Send me your locations and headcounts and I will put a plan together.
Very large teams
From £2,000/day for 60+, £2,500 for 90+, £3,000 for 120. Faster pace, same lighting.
At that speed the guarantee is not realistic, and I would rather say so upfront.
Corporate headshots outside London
Most of my corporate headshot work is in London, and I photograph teams across the UK as well. If you are further out, the travel simply goes in the quote. I cover conferences and corporate events too.
